You may request an exchange or return within 3 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• The garment is unworn and has not been used, washed, or altered in any way
• The original label remains intact and attached
• The item is in pristine condition, free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
• The item is returned in its original packaging where possible
